Founder of Pales, Lale Cavusoglu Kuseyrioglu was born in Istanbul,she went to highschool and University in England.
2007 she got married to Mithat Kuseyrioglu and moved to Antakya in 2014.Lale Kuseyrioglu started to produce both dairy products and mezes Lale Kuseyrioglu dedicated herself to introduce Antakya's history and delicious products to the world.
She started selling her products in the national markets at the same time she gets invitations to attend national and international festives to talk about Antakya's products.
